One of our customers, who sells on Amazon, needed to be able to import orders from Amazon into Eclipse, as well as automatically send a confirmation back to Amazon when each order shipped. They also needed a way to load products and keep data such as pricing and inventory quantities updated on Amazon as changes occurred.

As a result, we created a solution that fully automates these types of interactions between Eclipse and Amazon's Marketplace Web Service, eliminating the need to manually transfer data between the two systems. Every few minutes Amazon is checked for new orders, as well as notified of any orders which have shipped. At the same time, inventory levels are updated so the stock quantity Amazon displays is always correct.
